At viewio, we understand the importance of trust and confidence when it comes to viewing properties on behalf of our Seekers.
How do we ensure that the information provided by third party people are truthful and accurate?
By removing commissions and working on a per viewing basis, we remove any incentive to offer wrong information. In simple words, our Viewers only care about giving the truth and not about whether you rent/buy the property or not.
A rigorous onboarding process
Even though anyone can sign up to become a Viewer, not everyone is selected. We carefully pick people who we know will deliver on what we promise.
The process starts from a general background check then a 15-module initial training program followed by an interview to get to know them a bit better. If successful they get to start viewing properties and move up the Viewer ranks.

Thorough training program
Our continuously evolving training program consist of 15-modules aimed at familiarizing the Viewer with our processes and our code of conduct as well as what to look out for and how to effectively collaborate with estate agents, amongst other things. Even thought we may not agree with how some estate agents are treating everyday people, they are still a valuable in property searching.

Our Viewers will arrange and attend your viewing with the suitable agent and will get as much information as they can from them.
