How will I receive the information for my viewing request?Once your Viewer uploads all the requested property information you will be notified via email. You will then be able to view them by going to your workspace and clicking on the selected viewing.

Who are the Viewers?Viewers are independent locals that arrange and attend viewings on your behalf. Their third-party nature ensures that you will only receive true and honest information about your requested property and not a sales pitch! Of course they are registered and approved by us. You can become a Viewer by Signing up as a Viewer.

How do I register as a Viewer?Select ‘Become a Viewer’ → ‘Sign up as a Viewer’. Complete the sign up form Select your preference for how far are you willing to attend viewings from your residency (i.e. 3 miles, 5 miles, 6 miles, 12 miles, any distance)

How do I create a viewing request?After signing-up with us, you can follow the steps below: You can click on ‘Request a Viewing’ which will then ask you for simple property information like the address and URL from the property listing website. You can choose pre-determined questions as well as type your own. Once submitted, then your request will be matched with a local Viewer who will arrange and attend your selected property viewing.

What is the cost?Your first viewing request is FREE! You can get started here. For further viewing requests the price starts at £19 per viewing. If you are interested in more viewings we recommend looking at our bundles where the price starts at as low as £11.25 per viewing!

Can I cancel a viewing request?Yes! You have the chance to cancel your viewing request up to 24 hours before the viewer attends the viewing.
