In today's market, finding a property to rent can be a nightmare since that are so many sources and properties to filter through! An unreasonable amount of time is spent searching through platforms, estate agencies, online groups and other sources in an effort to find just a few properties that match your criteria.
Not only that, once you engage with any of these platforms they bombard you with properties that are completely irrelevant with your criteria!
We are here to put an end to that and do the research for you. So, let's see how it works.

Step 1: Create an account
In order to use the service you will need to create an account with Viewio. You can use your Gmail or Facebook to do so as well!
Step 2: Fill in your search criteria under the 'Properties' tab
Once you log in to your account, navigate to the 'Properties' tab which is located next to the side menu. You will then see all the required fields that you need to fill in order to start the search. These include:
The areas you are interested to rent
The number of occupants - how many people are you moving in with, is it just you, are you a couple, three or more friends? This will help us exclude properties that are not suited according to each situation.
The number of bedrooms
Your ideal move-in date
The type of property you are looking for - are you interested in shared or not or both?
Your maximum budget in pounds (£)
The term of let - long or short term
The furnishing option
These will help Viewio narrow down properties to just the ones that fit your criteria the most.
Step 3: Submit your criteria
After you fill in all the required information, submit your criteria and your search will begin as soon as possible.
Step 4: View properties found
We usually get back with results in 2 days. Any properties we find will be placed in your account for you to see. For this, you will be notified via email when properties are added.
Suggestions and recommendations are also added at the bottom that based on the research conducted. For example, we might suggest that you should increase your area of search or look at shared accommodation as well in order to increase your chances of finding a home.
Next to each property link, you will a 'Request a Viewing' button which allows you to create a viewing request directly for that property, quick and easy.
If no properties are found, you will receive an email with possible suggestions and recommendations and we will continue our search for the specified time.
